Returns - Changes
You have the right to return the products you bought from the company’s e-shop within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them (L.2251 / 1994 art.3e par. 1).
In case you want to return a product, you only bear the cost of returning it. After the product is checked, you will be refunded the price in the same way you paid it, unless otherwise agreed. Any bank or other expenses depending on the payment method you have chosen when ordering, are borne by the customer. In case you have paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to a bank account you indicate.
Returns or changes are accepted ONLY if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being damaged themselves or their packaging, together with the retail receipt or commercial invoice. If an invoice has been issued, it must also be accompanied by your own delivery note.
The Company is entitled to withhold part of the price and to offset any loss resulting from a reduction in the value of the product with the refund amount in case of your withdrawal.
In case you want to change the product with another one, you will be charged with the cost of returning the original product and the shipping costs of the new one.
You can also return the product yourself to our physical store.
In case you wish to return or change a product you purchased, you should first contact us either by email or by phone and let us know. Our company does not receive products for return or exchange without prior notice.
Returns are not accepted:
- In cases where the products have been used.
- In cases where the packaging of the delivered products is unsealed / damaged or any of the contents of the packaging is absent.
- In cases where the purchased products have been manufactured or purchased by a supplier according to the specifications set by the customer or according to his personal requirements and by their nature are impossible to sell again.
- In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return as soon as they are unsealed for health or hygiene reasons.
- In cases of service provision, after the full provision of the service.
To avoid any inconvenience on your part, we suggest that you check the condition of the products and their packaging upon receipt of your order in order to identify possible obvious defects (eg broken product, wrong product, etc.).
For any order cancellation, you must contact our online store in a timely manner within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you have completed your online order but it has not been shipped yet, you can contact us by phone or email and we will cancel the order and refund your money. After receiving the order, you can contact us again, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order so that we can launch the necessary actions. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.
